Just when you think every niche has been filled, Nissan teases a new concept, which it says will “introduce a unique genre to the automotive world.”
The pictures show what appears to be a sleek two-door coupe, with a series of Nissan GT-R-inspired design cues. At the front end, there's a set of angular headlights and a narrow, letterbox grille, while the bulging wheel arches and sharp bonnet creases give it a muscular look.
At the back there is a set of distinctive pointed taillights, but the bumper design and rear window have been left out of these teaser images. If you look closely there is a distinct gap between the large tyres and swollen wheel arches – hinting at a high-riding coupe-SUV.
No further details are available, but we know the concept will be officially unveiled next Monday at the Sao Paulo Motor Show by Nissan’s Chief Creative Officer, Shiro Nakamura.
Be sure to check back next week, when we’ll have all the details on this and much more, direct from Brazil. For more details click here.
