BMW 7 - Series Diesel 2013 will come to United States

After BMW lauched the BMW 7-Series 2013 with many improvements not too long, there are many sources said that BMW company will offer the BMW 7-Series Diesel version is expected to BMW 735D or BMW 740D for the United States market.

Car and Driver said that the new model will be equipped with diesel engine turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 as the xDrive version M550d. This engine is combined with automatic gearbox 8 levels standard allows it to produce a capacity of 265 hp (198 kW / 269 PS) and torque reaching 425 lb-ft (576 Nm) and a version for capacity of 308 horsepower (230 kW / 312 PS) and torque of 465 lb-ft (630 Nm).

On the exterior, the BMW 7-Series Diesel 2013 will own LED headlights with  halo around.There are also mention to the new rear mirror and a thin chrome strip that runs across the body of the car.

In addition, the BMW 7 Series upgrade version is equipped 4WD system. It seems  BMW 7 Series 2013 save fuel better than the BMW X5.

When officially launched next year, BMW 7 Series 2013 will compete directly to another car that using diesel engines in the luxury sedan version in the U.S. market include Mercedes-Benz S350 Bluetec and Audi A8 3.0 TDI.
