Dakoda Armstrong |
"We have been very lucky this season with the partners that the Armstrongs have brought to the #98 truck," said team spokesman Matt LaNeve. "However, sponsorship funding was unable to be secured for the remaining eight races, resulting in ThorSport Racing having to part ways with Dakoda."
Armstrong said he appreciates everything ThorSport, Toyota and crew chief Dan Stillman have done for him this season, and thanked them for their support.
The decision has no impact on ThorSport Racing’s #88 Menards Toyota driven by Matt Crafton, or the #13 Hot Honeys/Curb Records Toyota driven by Johnny Sauter. Both drivers will continue to compete for the remainder of the NCWTS season.
