The claimed zero-to-62 mph time is 4.6 seconds, though that number is likely conservative.

Audi satisfies their desires in 2010 with the introduction of a 525-horsepower V10 engine -- the same as in the 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo. Plus, its cabin is roomy and offers comfortable, supportive seating for two.
For 2012, the R8 is a 2-door, 2-passenger sports coupe, or convertible, available in 8 trims, ranging from the 4.2 Coupe quattro to the 5.2 Spyder quattro Auto R tronic. The 2012 R8's closest competitors include the Aston Martin DBS, the Ferrari California, and the Rolls-Royce Phantom.
