China want to buy Aston Martin brand

After buying the Sweden car company Volvo, Geely now is interested in another brand that is from England Aston Martin.

According to Sohu, Geely company already met and discussed to Aston Martin about ability of buying this brand.

UK car company had been sold to Ford in 1987, then sold to a Kuwaiti company of Investment Dar Inc. for $ 925 million USD in 2007. Current owners seem to find how to deal with debt and want to sell 64% stake in Aston Martin for $ 800 million. Besides Geely, Toyota also expressed concern with the deal.
